What We are Looking For in New Members:

It's imperative that you meet our minimum expectations in order to be a serious candidate for acceptance into this community. Be honest with yourself as you read these since it will be obvious to us if you do not meet these requirements.

A mature attitude above all else! You must demonstrate respect for others, honor, and a mature demeanor. Skills can be taught, but attitude will determine how successful you will be with our team.

Ask yourself these questions:

Do you need a personal babysitter to take care of you? Your answer should be NO!

Are you more likely to help an inexperienced player or to ridicule them? You should be more willing to help the n00bs!

When somebody confronts you, do you try to settle the issue rationally or does your anger take over? Be level headed!

Do you try to take advantage of other people when you have the chance? The answer should be NO!

Do you think you are "elite" and that you "own" anybody that you manage to kill in the game? Go somewhere else if you do!

Do you have a sense of humor? Can you handle a joke or is there always some offense intended in a joke? Laugh or be gone!

This is a community, not a group of individuals. You will need to be able to communicate with others effectively, listen to others, and follow instructions.

Commitment to the Team

Joining our community is a serious commitment that you should fully understand before you apply. We are looking for long-term, active players that won't quit when times get rough. Our leadership is committed to you, and you need to be committed to the community. Will you wear the [GHP] tag with pride or use another name when your teammates aren't around? Are you looking to join for the long haul or do you want to be able to jump from team to team on short notice? Will you do what you can to contribute to the team or just freeload off of the efforts of others?

Please take some time to reflect on these questions that you have been asked. Although this list isn't comprehensive, it should give you a good idea of whether or not you will easily fit in to our community. This community is not for everyone. If you don't meet these expectations you should not try for membership. There are some people who will not integrate well and only cause problems either now or in the future. We will make every effort to weed out these people to ensure that this community grows and thrives as it should.
